We want you to feel confident trying murmr. If your Murmr Migraine Cap isn't right for you, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order at team@murmr.shop, and we'll refund your purchase in full. No return needed. Just tell us it didn't work for you.

How to request a refund

Email team@murmr.shop with your order number. We'll confirm your refund within 2 business days, and it will go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post it.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund, your choice.

Bundles and gifts

The 60-day guarantee covers every item in your order, including bundles and items purchased on sale. Free bonus items (like the Migraine Comfort Guide) don't need to be returned.

European Union customers

You also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
